These SMS Program Terms ("Terms") govern text messages sent by Moncrief Bail Bonds ("we," "us," or "our") to individuals who have opted in to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program description

Moncrief Bail Bonds sends operational text messages related to bail bond services in Central Florida. Messages may include:

  • Responses to inquiries about posting a bond
  • Instructions or document requests discussed with you in person or by phone
  • Replies to text messages you send us
  • Updates about an active bond with our office
  • A one-time follow-up if we miss your phone call

We do not use this program to send unrelated marketing or promotional blasts.

Opt-in

You may opt in by:

  1. Submitting our contact form with your phone number and checking the consent box
  2. Giving verbal consent in our office or on a phone call (we record consent before texting)
  3. Texting our business number first (we will confirm program details in our reply)
  4. Providing your mobile number when becoming a bond customer and agreeing to operational texts
  5. Calling us; if we miss your call, we may send one automated follow-up text as described in our campaign registration

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your situation, requests, and active bond status. You may receive several messages during an active bond matter, or fewer if you only contacted us once.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-out and help

  • STOP — Unsubscribe from future text messages. We will send a confirmation and stop texting you (except where required by law).
  • HELP — Receive help information, or call us at (321) 557-2000.

Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to contact us by phone or in person.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers and availability may change.
